The Wa-shoi! Bus is a free shuttle bus service connecting Narita International Airport to Shinjuku in downtown Tokyo.

How to ride the Wa-shoi! Bus

● Members of the Wa-shoi! Web with 1000 points.
If you become a member of the Wa-shoi! Web and contribute to the website, you can earn extra points. With 1,000 points you can reserve one seat on the Wa-shoi! Bus.

● People with a Wa-shoi! Bus Reservation Ticket.
If you are one of the exclusive people to have a Wa-shoi! Bus Reservation Ticket, you can reserve a seat without using Wa-shoi! points.
*Wa-shoi! Bus tickets are not for sale.

*Wa-shoi! Bus is a tourist transportation enterprise that employs and operates a legally recognized bus company.

Also, H.I.S Experience Japan has added to the typical vehicle insurance taken out by bus companies by also taking out 2 million yen policies for injury, death and after-care as well as hospitalization insurance up to 3,000 yen a day (the actual outlay depends on decisions made by the insurance company) and regular casualty insurance. In the case of an accident, we will be working with you.
